Custom Order

We will gladly do custom work to meet your needs.  The price for custom work will be determined at the time of the request but will usually be close to the retail price of a similar item.  We do require a none refundable deposit of 1/2 the amount prior to us starting the custom work.

Payment Methods  (please do not send cash in the mail)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Check (made payable to Sleepy Willow, Inc.).  For a check, please allow for extra processing time for your order to ship while we wait for your check to clear our bank.

Shipping and Delivery

In-stock orders received by 12:00pm MST Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day via UPS ground unless another method of shipping is requested or unless the orders are being shipped outside of the continental US.  All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will ship UPS 2nd Day Air and will be billed actual UPS 2nd Day Air shipping charges plus an additional $4.00 packaging and handling charge.  Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped at the same time.  We will make every effort to notify you if an item cannot be shipped within 30 days and we will give you the option of canceling your order.  On credit card orders, an item will not be charged to your account until it is ready to be shipped.  Foreign orders should be paid in U.S. Dollars, and will be charged appropriate shipping and handling charges.  Some bulky or heavy items require additional shipping charges, which are indicated next to the product on the web page.

Gift Shipments/Another Address
To send a gift, or to send an order to another address, please complete the "Shipping Information" section during checking out.  We will also include a personalized gift message if you like -- just complete the "Special Instructions" section below the shipping address.  You can also tell our friendly customer service folks about delivering to another address and adding a gift message when calling in your order at 1-800-272-3798

Express Delivery
UPS Next Day Air is delivered in one business day for an additional $14.00.  UPS 2nd Day Air is delivered in two business days for an additional $9.00.

Furniture Delivery
All of our beds are delivered to you and set up in your home with our special white glove service.  The shipping amount is indicated in the column next to the price on the web page.  Please call (800)272-3798 for more detail.

If you need to return an item or to exchange it, please refer to the instructions included in your package with your packing slip or call us as (800) 272-3798.  Items must be returned PREPAID, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  We cannot accept returns sent COD.  We recommend shipping the return/exchange UPS so it can be tracked if need be. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
